Sleep Improves Memory

A night's sleep improves memory of things learned yesterday. Today, the
in which they tested whether sleep improved memory. For the study, they taught a new video game to subjects; some were tested later the same day, some after a night's sleep. The study appears to show that new learning which was "forgotten" in the evening, was remembered again the next morning. Sounds like maybe dogs aren't the only ones who relive the events of the day in their dreams!
